So this week's first recipe is potatoes from my vegetable box with stuffed chicken breast wrapped in pancetta. The inspiration comes from here:

I used feta (φἐτα) cheese instead of gorgonzola cheese and didn't really bother with the green beans..
Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
Add a salad and there you go!

Cut potatoes and put in oven. |
Cut chicken breasts in half and spread one tablespoon of cranberry sauce over each chicken breast. |
Place a piece of feta in the middle of each chicken breast, season and roll up the chicken to enclose the cheese. |
Add slices of pancetta and tightly wrap around the chicken. After cooking the potatoes for 30 minutes, place the chicken breasts on the baking tray, drizzle with a little olive oil and cook in the oven for about 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted. |
